Hi, I’m Guenter. I’ve spent over 25 years helping companies to grow – leading teams and scaling solution businesses as a General Manager at companies like Microsoft, Micromuse and Seagate.

Grubenlicht was born out of that experience. We help B2B companies do the hard, valuable work of winning complex deals, leading change, and building organizations that scale sustainably.

Hi, I’m Martin. For the past 20+ years, I’ve been on a mission to make marketing smarter, more honest, and—above all—useful to sales. I’ve helped brands like IKEA, Danone, Syngenta, and Nespresso turn abstract “touchpoints” into real conversations that lead to business.

As founder of Touchpoints.ch and co-founder of Grubenlicht, I live at the intersection of CRM, automation, buyer psychology, and B2B reality. I like clean data, clever workflows, and clear stories.
